We’re thrilled to announce the expansion of our capabilities. We have installed a state-of-the-art automated screen print press. Additionally, we added a powerful conveyor dryer.
This upgrade not only boosts production but also enhances quality. The automatic press ensures consistent squeegee angles and speeds. This consistency happens from shirt to shirt. It allows us to print higher resolution images with more intricate detail. Even simpler designs will have cleaner lines and sharper definition.
And yes, it’s incredibly fast! While our manual press prints a shirt every 45 seconds, this automatic press can produce a shirt every 3.8 seconds—950 shirts per hour!
