The Process of Embroidery
Step 1
Digitizing
Preparing a logo for embroidery involves a process called digitizing. This means programming the embroidery machine to accurately stitch the logo design.
Step 2
Stitched Sample
New logos are stitched and sent for customer review. Any modifications or corrections are made, and a new sample is stitched within one business day.
Step 3
Embroidering
Clamps, or “hoops,” are used to hold the garment and a stabilizing fabric. The hoops are mounted on the machine, and embroidery begins.
Step 4
Finishing
Garments are removed from the clamps, and excess stabilizing material is cut away. Any ring marks are steamed out, and garments are packaged.
